Jen and Jason have owned CCG for 23 years. They moved to Cape Cod from Boston in 2002 and bought CCG. Prior to CCG they met while coaching in the Boston area. Jen and Jason have 2 kids. Keith is a senior in high school and will be attending Mass. Maritime next fall. Phoebe is a junior and is a competitive dancer at AEDC. Over the years Jen and Jason have produced state, regional and national champions as well as coached many gymnast to continue their careers as collegiate gymnasts. Our family loves the Cape, beaches and boating!

Amanda has been at CCG for many years with her 4 kids.She began working at CCG in 2022. In 2024 she became the general manager of CCG, Amanda and her family live in Brewster. She believes that gymnastics is important for kids because it instills strength and confidence like no other sport. It requires discipline and dedication and boosts self-esteem and resilience. CCG provides a supportive environment for her kids where they feel a sense of achievement that is instrumental in their growth and development.

Stasia hails from Harwich and has been at CCG for 30 years. Stasia has been coaching gymnastics for 49 years. You will see Stasia at the front desk always willing to help customers and kids! Stasia loves CCG for the staff, families and owners. Everyday that she gets to work with children isa gift and if she can help a child have a positive experience at CCG then she feels she has done her job!

Kasey hails from Dennis and currently lives in Eastham. Kasey teaches beginner, intermediate, and advanced recreational classes, and also coaches the Developmental Program competition team. Kasey grew up doing gymnastics at CCG for 14 years and competed her last 4 years in college at Southern Connecticut State University. Kasey thinks gymnastics is important for boys and girls because it teaches more than flips. They gain motor skills, coordination, discipline, determination and they learn to work hard for what they want!

Shanna hails from N. Attleboro and currently lives in S. Dennis. Shannah works full time at Stonewood Products and coaches the Xcel team at CCG in the evenings. She has been coaching gymnastics for over 10 years. She loves that gymnastics teaches life skills by instilling perseverance, confidence and humility. Shannah has been at CCG for 8 years and loves the people and family atmosphere at CCG.

Maeve hails from Harwich. She has been coaching at CCG for 2 years. Maeve is a level 9 gymnast at CCG and her favorite event is vault. Maeve feels that gymnastics is important for boys and girls because it gives them strength, coordination and friends outside of school. Maeve has been at CCG for 8 years and she loves coaching little kids and seeing them out and about!

Phoebe hails from Harwich and has been coaching gymnastics for 3 years. Prior to becoming a competitive dancer at AEDC, Phoebe was a CCG competitive gymnast. Phoebe grew up in the gym because her parents are Jen and Jason! Phoebe thinks gymnastics is important for boys and girls because it makes them strong and brave at a very young age. Gymnastics helps kids with any other sport they ever want to do.

Molly hails from Sandwich. She has been coaching gymnastics for 3 years. Molly has been at CCG for 13 years and is a competitive gymnast on the Xcel Diamond Team. Molly thinks gymnastics is important for boys and girls because it gives you so many skills and a lot of coordination at a very young age.

Emma hails from Chatham and has been coaching at CCG for 3 years. She teaches classes as well as bday parites. Emma is a retired CCG gymnast who loves floor. Gymnastics is important for all boys and girls because it allows kids to get out energy from sitting in classes all day. They gain coordination and strength and most importantly, it is fun! Emma has been at CCG for 10.5 years and loves CCG because she feels like CCG is her second home. Jason and Jen truly make our gym special and seeing them coach inspires me!

Aza hails from Sandwich and has been coaching gymnastics for 2 years. Aza has been at CCG for 10 years and she is a member of the D.P. Competitive Team as a level 8. Aza thinks gymnastics is important for boys and girls because it builds a strong foundation of strength and basic skills for gymnastics as well as other sports. Aza loves the people she's met at CCG and the experiences that she has had as a gymnast and coach.

Emi hails from Plymouth. She has been coaching gymnastics for 3.5 years. Emi is a competitive dancer at AEDC. Emi thinks gymnastics is important for boys and girls because it teaches kids to see obstacles as challenges and positive experiences. Kids get to try new things in a safe environment. Emi loves coaching at CCG because of the staff, welcoming environment and all the fun things she gets to do with the kids.

Jena hails from S. Yarmouth. She has been coaching for 2 years. Jena is a current CCG gymnast who loves floor and wants to go to college and compete gymnastics. Jena has been at CCG for 12 years and loves CCG because of all the awesome people.
