What is the USA Gymnastics Xcel Program?

It is an alternative competitive program designed for gymnasts who want a more flexible, personalized, and less time-intensive option than the traditional Developmental Program. 3. Gold: For intermediate-level gymnasts, with routines that demonstrate solid technique and intermediate skills.

5. Diamond: The highest Xcel division, designed for experienced gymnasts performing advanced routines and skills.
