The Classic
PRICE: $375
60 Minutes of gymnastics obstacle courses, trampolines, foam pit and rope swings followed by 30 mintues in our private party room. You may decorate the party room and provide the food and beverage. You can even order pizza!
Dance Party
PRICE: $375
This party option is great for a tween or teen! You provide the playlist and we provide the light show and glow sticks. 60 minutes in the gym to “boogie down” and 30 minutes in our private party room.
Ninja Warrior
PRICE: $425
Boys and girls of all ages who love the popular show, “American Ninja Warrior” will love this party option! Obstacle courses and challenges just like the show: traveling rings, rock wall, warp wall and much more plus 30 minutes in our private party room. Bring your sports team or private group.
Nerf War
PRICE: $425
We supply the Nerf guns, ammo and safety goggles, as well as 60 minutes on our Nerf “battlefield” complete with shooting forts, barriers and blockades. Recommended for ages 6-12. After the battle, kids can enjoy 30 minutes in the party room.
The Ultimate
PRICE: $1000
This top-notch party option includes a sleepover in the gym! Kids will enjoy any of our themed parties, followed by a pizza party complete with root beer floats! Bring your favorite movie to watch on the projection screen. Then, kids can find a fun place to sleep in the gym! Available Saturday nights beginning at 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM the next morning. Bring a sports team or private group!
All party packages include 20 guests (children in the gym, adults and parents not included), not including the birthday child. If you expect more than 20, please let us know as soon as possible. $10 will be added to your remainder due for each additional guest.
What ages are suitable for CCG Parties?
We cater to ages 3-103! Our activities are tailored to be fun and engaging for all skill levels. We do request that children 4 and under are accompanied by an adult while participating in the gym.
For your party, we suggest you bring:
-Any food or drinks you wish to serve your guests
-All paper products and serve-wear needed
-Any decorations you wish to use to make your party unique or special
-A birthday cake or cupcakes
-Candles / lighter
-A knife to cut your cake
-Goody bags if desired
What should party guests wear?
Children should wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for freedom of movement. No shoes are allowed in the gym, bare feet are preferable but if socks are needed, they should be trampoline socks with grip. Please avoid clothing with zippers or buttons that could snag on equipment.
What does a typical party schedule look like?
15 Minutes Before Party Start
Setup & Arrival: Arrive at Cape Cod Gymnastics, where our friendly staff will greet you and assist in bringing your party supplies to your designated party room.
Party Start Time – 1 Hour of Gym Fun
Gym Time: The gym is exclusively yours for one hour! Our energetic party staff will lead engaging and age-appropriate gymnastics activities and games. We’ll ensure everyone has a blast in a safe and supervised environment.
Most families use this time to continue setting up the party room to their liking.
Group Photo: If you would like, during the last few minutes of gym time, we’ll gather everyone for a memorable group photo!
Final 30 Minutes – Celebration & Refreshments:
Party Room Celebration: Transition to your decorated party room for the final 30 minutes of your celebration. It’s time for food, drinks, and of course, singing “Happy Birthday” to the guest of honor!
Assisted Service & Cleanup: Our staff will be on hand if you need any assistance, and will take care of the cleanup once guests start to depart, allowing you to say goodbye and thank your guests.

“The Ultimate” parties are booked Saturday evenings from 6 PM to 8 AM Sunday morning.
