Are you curious if your child has what it takes to join one of our competitive gymnastics teams? Gymnasts ages 5 to 7 are welcome to “try out” for our developmental program and gymnasts ages 8 plus are welcome to “try out” for our xcel program.

NEW for SUMMER 2025: Open Pre-Team Program: open to any CCG gymnasts with beginner experience and age 8 and up. After summer session you will be placed on one of our 3 teams: In-house Team; Xcel Team or Developmental Team.

Competitive programs are winter sports, so an assessment is best done in the spring or summer. If you want to have your child assessed for a pre-team program, this can be done at any time of the year.
