Is My Child Ready to Move Up?

Welcome to the Journey: Finding Your Athlete’s Path

At Cape Cod Gymnastics, we flip, fly, and flourish—building strength, confidence, and that “I can do it” mindset in every athlete.

Cape Cod Gymnastics recreational programs are designed to grow with your child. Our classes are focused on fun, fitness, and steady skill progression from early childhood through advanced levels like Kippers and All Stars.

From first steps to advanced skills, we create a safe, high-energy environment where every athlete is supported and celebrated.

How Progression Works

  • My Buddy–Kinder Kids: Based on age and development
  • Foundations–All Stars: Progression is based on consistent, safe skill mastery
  • Moving Up: Skills are tracked in class and athletes advance when ready (Foundations/Flyers → Kippers → All Stars)
